Integritetspolicy för Meta

Den här sidan är integritetspolicyn för appen LFC Social Feed (app-id 1769514737642558). Den beskriver hur Liverpool FC Supporters Club Sweden använder och hanterar data från Meta, alltså Facebook och Instagram, på lfc.se.

Appen gör två saker. Den visar publika inlägg från Instagram-kontot @liverpoolfc, och den låter redaktionen publicera nyhetslänkar på föreningens Facebook-sida LFC.nu. Besökare på lfc.se loggar inte in med Facebook eller Instagram.

Ingen inloggning för besökare

lfc.se ber inte besökare att koppla ett Meta-konto. Vi tar inte emot besökares namn, e-post, vänlistor, meddelanden eller profil-id från Meta, och vi bygger ingen besökarprofil av Meta-data.

Den som godkänner appen är en administratör hos föreningen. Godkännandet ger servern en åtkomsttoken. Token lagras som en hemlighet i driftmiljön. Den skrivs inte till databasen och skickas inte till webbläsaren.

Vilken Meta-data vi använder

Båda funktionerna använder samma server-token.

Publika Instagram-inlägg

Appen anropar Instagram API with Facebook Login, Business Discovery. Kontot @lfc.se (Instagram-användar-id 17841404499309505) läser publika inlägg från det professionella kontot @liverpoolfc. För högst 8 inlägg hämtar vi inläggs-id, bildtext, mediatyp, tillfällig bildadress, permalänk och tidpunkt, plus kontots användarnamn. Inläggen visas i flödet på lfc.se. Vi hämtar inte privata konton, direktmeddelanden eller uppgifter om vem som följer kontona.

Inlägg på föreningens Facebook-sida

Appen hämtar listan över Facebook-sidor som token får hantera, enbart för att plocka ut en sid-token till LFC.nu (sid-id 104195396305982). Token för andra sidor sparas inte. En redaktör kan publicera en nyhetslänk från lfc.se som ett länkinlägg på den sidan. Inlägget publiceras som sidan, inte på en privat tidslinje.

Inför publiceringen ber vi Meta läsa artikelns öppna förhandsvisning: titel, beskrivning och bildadress. Vi anropar inte Metas profil-API för namn, e-post eller vänner.

Var uppgifterna finns och hur länge

• Åtkomsttoken ligger i driftmiljöns hemlighetslager. Sid-token ligger bara i serverns arbetsminne och försvinner när processen startar om.
• Det senaste giltiga Instagram-flödet sparas i vår databas: inläggs-id, bildtext, mediatyp, tillfällig bildadress, permalänk, tidpunkt och användarnamn. Flödet förnyas ungefär var 15:e minut. Om Meta inte svarar kan den senaste fungerande kopian visas i högst 6 timmar. Själva bildfilerna cachas bara i serverns minne under samma fönster.
• För varje nyhet som delats till Facebook-sidan sparar vi nyhets-id, status, inläggets id och permalänk, artikelns adress, texten redaktören skrev, ett eventuellt felmeddelande, redaktörens namn hos oss och tidsstämplar. Raden innehåller inte ett Facebook-användar-id. Den ligger kvar tills vi tar bort den eller namnet.

Vi säljer inte uppgifterna och använder dem inte för att rikta annonser mot besökare på lfc.se. Vi fattar inga automatiserade beslut om personer utifrån dem.

Vem som tar del av uppgifterna

• Besökare på lfc.se ser de publika Instagram-inlägg som flödet visar.
• Meta tar emot våra API-anrop och det länkinlägg vi publicerar på LFC.nu. Det som ligger kvar på Instagram eller Facebook styrs av Metas villkor. Meta kan behandla uppgifterna utanför EU.
• Driftleverantören lagrar databasen och hemligheten åt oss.

Åtkomsttoken lämnas inte ut till andra.

Rättslig grund

Vi behandlar uppgifterna med stöd av berättigat intresse: att visa Liverpools publika Instagram-flöde på lfc.se och att publicera föreningens egna nyhetslänkar på föreningens Facebook-sida. Token tillhör föreningens administration. Flödet består av inlägg som redan är publika hos ett professionellt konto. Du kan invända mot behandlingen genom att mejla [email protected].

Dina rättigheter

Du kan begära tillgång, rättelse, radering eller begränsning, och invända mot behandling som stöds på berättigat intresse. Radering av det appen faktiskt hanterar beskrivs på Radera Meta-data. Du kan också lämna klagomål till Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, imy.se.

This is the privacy policy for the app LFC Social Feed (app id 1769514737642558). It describes how Liverpool FC Supporters Club Sweden uses and handles Meta data (Facebook and Instagram) on lfc.se.

The app does two things. It shows public posts from the Instagram account @liverpoolfc, and it lets editors publish news links on the club’s Facebook Page LFC.nu. Visitors to lfc.se do not log in with Facebook or Instagram.

Membership, accounts, comments and cookies are covered by the general privacy policy, opened from Privacy policy in the footer. To ask us to delete data this app handles, see Delete Meta data.

No visitor login

lfc.se does not ask visitors to connect a Meta account. We do not receive visitors’ names, email addresses, friend lists, messages or profile ids from Meta, and we do not build visitor profiles from Meta data.

The person who authorises the app is an administrator of the club. That authorisation gives the server an access token. The token is stored as a secret in the hosting environment. It is not written to the database and it is not sent to the browser.

Meta data we use

Both features use the same server token.

Public Instagram posts. The app calls the Instagram API with Facebook Login, Business Discovery. The account @lfc.se (Instagram user id 17841404499309505) reads public posts from the professional account @liverpoolfc. For at most 8 posts we receive the media id, caption, media type, temporary media URL, permalink and timestamp, plus the account username. Those posts are shown in the feed on lfc.se. We do not fetch private accounts, direct messages, or follower lists.

Posts on the club’s Facebook Page. The app reads the list of Facebook Pages the token can manage, only to take a Page token for LFC.nu (Page id 104195396305982). Tokens for other Pages are not stored. An editor can publish a news link from lfc.se as a link post on that Page. The post is published as the Page, not on a personal timeline.

Before publishing, we ask Meta to read the article’s public preview: title, description and image URL. We do not call Meta’s profile API for name, email or friends.

Where the data is kept, and for how long

• The access token lives in the hosting environment’s secret store. The Page token is kept only in the server’s memory and is gone when the process restarts.
• The latest usable Instagram feed is stored in our database: media id, caption, media type, temporary media URL, permalink, timestamp and username. The feed is refreshed about every 15 minutes. If Meta is unavailable, the last good copy may be shown for at most 6 hours. Image files themselves are cached only in server memory for that same window.
• For each news article shared to the Facebook Page we store the news id, status, post id and permalink, the article URL, the text the editor wrote, any error, the editor’s name in our system, and timestamps. The row does not contain a Facebook user id. It stays until we delete it or the name.

We do not sell this data and we do not use it to target ads at visitors on lfc.se. We make no automated decisions about people from it.

Who receives it

• Visitors to lfc.se see the public Instagram posts the feed shows.
• Meta receives our API calls and the link post we publish on LFC.nu. Content that remains on Instagram or Facebook is governed by Meta’s terms. Meta may process the data outside the EU.
• Our hosting provider stores the database and the secret for us.

The access token is not disclosed to anyone else.

Legal basis

We process the data on the basis of legitimate interest: showing Liverpool’s public Instagram feed on lfc.se, and publishing the club’s own news links on the club’s Facebook Page. The token belongs to the club’s administration. The feed is posts that are already public on a professional account. You can object by emailing [email protected].

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure or restriction, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. How to ask for erasure of the data this app actually handles is described at Delete Meta data. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, imy.se.
